Then, add your Velocity membership number to your freedom kitchens & wardrobes account via the customer online portal so that you start earning Velocity Points. Only purchases made from 14 August 2019 onward are eligible for Velocity Points. Joining Velocity Frequent Flyer is free and there are many ways to earn and redeem your Points. Make sure that the Velocity membership details match the details on your contract.
No, you do not need to be a member of myfreedom to earn Velocity Points with freedom kitchens & wardrobes.
Only purchases made from 14 August 2019 onward are eligible for Velocity Points. Just make sure that you have added your Velocity membership number to your freedom kitchens & wardrobes account via the customer online portal. The freedom kitchen and wardrobe designers will not ask you for your Velocity details during your design appointment. To earn Velocity Points, ensure you have added the correct Velocity membership number to your account via the customer online portal before final payment and delivery of your kitchen/wardrobe.
If you are receiving an error, it means your details cannot be verified by Velocity. Please ensure the details you are entering match your Velocity membership details. If you still receive an error, please contact the Velocity Member Contact Centre on 13 18 75 for assistance.

You will receive your Velocity Points within 21 days of your final delivery date.
Velocity Points are credited to your Velocity account within 3 weeks of your final delivery date. You can check the number of Points credited on the Velocity website or app. If the Velocity Points are not credited to your Velocity account within 21 days, please contact 1800 113 733 and we will look into this for you.
You can check your Velocity Points balance and transaction history by either:
- Signing into the Velocity website and clicking on your Points balance in the “My Velocity” section. Or;
- Logging into the Velocity App and tapping on the ‘Velocity Points’ tab on the top left.

All customers who have paid a deposit on their freedom kitchen or wardrobe on or after 14 August 2019 are eligible to earn Velocity Points.
Although Velocity is owned by the Virgin Australia Group, it is a separate company and it is not in administration. Velocity is still operating and you’re still able to earn Points. You can also use your Points for some of the most popular redemption destinations. Find out more here.
For all purchases from August 14th 2019, Velocity members will earn 1 Velocity Point per $1 spent on eligible products and services included in their Freedom Wardrobes and Wardrobes contract of sale at the time of delivery. This includes cabinetry, cabinetry accessories, appliances sold by Freedom Wardrobes, laminate benchtops and delivery. Installation, stone benchtops, glass splashbacks, and third party contracts are not eligible for Velocity Points earn.
To be eligible to earn Velocity Points, a person must hold a current Velocity membership at least 1 day before the final delivery of your Wardrobe or Wardrobe. Freedom Wardrobes and Wardrobes trade customers are not eligible to earn Velocity Points. Velocity Frequent Flyer Membership details must be recorded prior to final payment, and the name on the contract of sale must match the name on the Velocity account to be eligible for Points. Velocity Points are not awarded for any products returned or refunded. Points will be allocated to your Velocity Account within 21 days from your final delivery date. To earn Velocity Points, you must be a Velocity member. Velocity membership and Points earn and redemption are subject to the Velocity Membership Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time.
